Please use your English CDH number to enter online using the link below. 

If you have any issues or are from outside England and wish to enter, please contact office@fleetwoodgolf.co.uk with name, home club, current exact index, CDH number and we will assist. 

Please make sure to enter email address contact details so you receive all pre-event information after sign up closes.

Entries for the ballot close on Sunday 1st September 23:59 hours. Draw will be for the top 60 entrants in handicap order. 

The Organising Committee will make the draw on Monday 2nd September and publish on our website. Tee times will be emailed to each competitor. All unsuccessful entrants will be advised and be entered on a reserve list should they wish or refunded.

In the event of a competitor having to scratch following the draw, no entry fee will be returned.

Format: Singles Medal, 36 holes, Gross.

Entry group: Male and Female golfers with Fully Developed WHS Index. At this time IGolf members are excluded from our Open Competitions

 

Course: Men's White, Ladies Purple.

Handicap Index entry restrictions: n/a, ballot entry. 

Playing Handicap: n/a

Tee times: TBC from 8.00am onward.

 

Entry fee: Visitors £40, Members £20.

Prizes: Champion is the best gross score. £200 first Prize

Top 5 gross. Prizes are awarded in the form of vouchers. 

Amounts depending on size of field. 

 

Results will be published online and all entrants emailed.

Winners will be contacted individually the week after by our Finance Team with details how to claim. 

 

Independent 2s competition on the day run by the Pro Shop. Please visit the shop before play to enter. Claim prizes in the shop after you have entered your score into the system.

Entry method: Online entries only using your CDH number. Non-English players please contact us for assistance. 

Reserves will be allocated when sign up closes and contacted should a player withdraw. Any non-playing reserves will be automatically refunded after the event. 

 

Scorecard Regulations:

Players must enter their scores after play via the touchscreen.

Members may use the igMember app or mobile website.

Any scores not entered into the system immediately following play will not count towards the competition results.

Additional Competition Conditions

Players may withdraw themselves via the website and receive a full refund up to the sign up closing time stated. Any withdrawals/no-shows after sign up closes will forfeit any refund to cover administration costs.

After sign up closes , all entrants will be contacted by email with the tee times draw and FGC Code of Conduct, detailing our current club regulations.

All players must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Any player not following our guidelines will be asked to leave the club and no refund will be given. 

 

Competition is run under the R&A Rules of Golf.

Ties are decided by card play off. No player may win more than one prize on offer. All trophies remain in the club house. 

Caddies are permitted. Fore-caddying is not permitted and player's will be subject to disqualification. 

The Competition Committee reserve the right to refuse entry to any applicant. The decision of the Competition Committee on all points will be final.
