Society Packages

27 hole package - to include Coffee & Biscuits on arrival, soup & sandwiches, 2 course evening meal 

18 hole package - to include Bacon Barm, Tea & Coffee on arrival plus a choice of 2 course main meal

Golf Only Packages for parties of 12 to 19 persons and over 20 persons

Parties of Club Members and Visitors

During summer mixed parties of members and guests of up to 8 persons can take advantage of the member guest rate of £15 during the week and £20 on a Sunday.

Visiting parties are not accepted on Tuesdays or Saturdays and restrictions apply on Sundays plus the maximum number accepted is 32 people (i.e. eight four balls).

Booking and Deposit

A booking form can be downloaded by clicking the link. A deposit is payable to - Fleetwood Golf Club £5 per person should accompany the booking form. Unfortunately unused deposits will be retained by Fleetwood Golf Club Ltd. The balance of green fees must be paid to the Club Professional prior to the commencement of play. 

Confirmation

The visiting organiser should confirm precise numbers to the Club Professional on 01253 873661 at least three days prior to the event. The Club cannot guarantee to accommodate more players than originally booked.

Cancellation

Deposits will not be refunded should a visiting party cancel without giving the Fleetwood Golf Club more than four weeks notice to the visit taking place. If it becomes necessary to close the course due to inclement weather the deposit will be returned in full but the club will not accept any further liability for costs incurred.

Meals

Details of inclusive catering packages will be enclosed with the confirmation and can be downloaded from the following link. Special dietary needs should be highlighted to the Catering Manager at least three days prior to the visit when you are confirming your final numbers. If you wish to use the normal catering service please note that during summer a full service is available for snacks etc. Tuesday to Sunday.
