Fleetwood Golf Club - Junior Section
Fleetwood Golf Club has a long tradition of developing junior golf and has a proud record of those who have gone on to represent the Club at adult level. The Club offers youngsters the opportunity to learn a new sport and make new friends in a safe and secure environment. There is an active Junior Committee committed to developing junior golf within the Club. The committee is headed by the Junior Organiser, Andrew Aukland who will be pleased to answer any questions prospective juniors and their parents have about the Club.
In 2011 the Club was awarded the prestigious “GolfMark Award”, a national scheme organised by the English Golf Union / English Women`s Golf Association to recognize high standards of junior and beginner golf facilities, which brings additional funds into the Club.
During the winter months our juniors have benefited from free regular in-door studio coaching, which will help them improve their golf during the season.
The Committee have a Development Plan for 2013-2014 which includes:
New junior members, both boys and girls, are always welcome. The Club is committed to complying with the Child Protection Act, ensuring that juniors can develop their skills in a safe environment. The parent or guardian of any new junior must complete a Junior Profile Form and a Consent Form confirming they have received and read our Code of Conduct, Club Rules and Course Risk Assessment. Junior members must commit to the codes. These forms must be completed annually.

Juniors can join from age 5 upwards. It is Club policy to make junior fee rates affordable to families. For 2013 - 2014 the fees are: Junior 5 - 9 £36
Junior 10 - 12 £60 Junior 13 - 16 £84 Junior 17 - 18 £132
